Sylvie Pedreira is a long time resident of Kearny, graduating from Kearny High School in 1995. In 1997, she received an Associate degree in Business along with a Paralegal Certificate from the Berkley College of Business. Sylvie is currently enrolled at Rutgers College of Business finishing her coursework in Finance and Real Estate. Sylvie received her Real Estate License from the Professional School of Business in 2004. She has handled many Real Estate transactions in her ten years employed as a Real Estate Paralegal and two years as a real estate agent. Sylvie is actively involved in real estate at NJ Property Realty Services and is eager to assist both buyers and sellers. “I strive to learn something new everyday, continue to challenge myself and others and go the extra mile for friends, family and clients.
