Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager works closely with the Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the community, including leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, administration, and policy and procedures compliance.

Requirements:

Oversee and participate in achieving community income and occupancy goals through on-going marketing and leasing efforts, aggressive re-newel programs, and full exploitation of alternate revenue generating sources. The Assistant Property Manger is responsible for complying with all state, federal and or/ local laws relating to Fair Housing.

Leasing Consultant

The Leasing consultant is responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease re-newels, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures in accordance with established UDR and Community policies and procedures. Leasing Consultant provide high quality resident service and convey resident services requests to the Maintenance Manager & other service associates.

Requirements:

Assist the Property Manager in gathering and compiling current market and economic information, and in preparing competitive market analysis and market trends. Handling telephone and on-site traffic, showing ready apartments, closing the sale, qualifying prospects, completing all related paperwork and activities to ensure a timely move-in. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
