"Maintenance Worker"

As a member of the Maintenance and Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for maintenance within an apartment community. A technician must be able to clearly and effectively communicate as well as interact with residents in a professional and courteous manner at all times. In addition, other required job skills include but are not limited to knowledge about the following:

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Appliances
• Painting
• Carpentry
• Pools
• HVAC skills are a plus, but not required

Requirements:

• "Jack-of-all-trades" Knowledge
• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task
• Customer Service oriented
• General administrative knowledge and record keeping
• Previous Maintenance Experience a MUST
